Therapeutic Massage
A therapeutic massage session is perfect for anyone with "trouble spots" looking to relieve muscular tension or pain. Offered in a variety of service length options, each therapeutic session is customized to meet your specific massage goals within the service time. Hot towels, aromatherapy essential oil & cupping therapy may all be included to best address your needs!
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
During this luxuriously relaxing session, warm salt crystal stones are used to soothe away stress & tension while promoting an increased sense of well-being. Aromatherapy essential oil & CBD cream are also included, which complement the stones for an overall rejuvenating experience!
Myofascial Lymphatic Drainage (MFLD)
MFLD differs from other styles of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, as it uses just slightly more pressure to engage & stretch the fascia (connective tissue) in the direction the lymph flows. This massage modality is very effective for decreasing swelling & inflammation. A full body session is 90-minutes.
