Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to Helping Hands Massage! I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
All appointments will be confirmed 48 hours in advance, because I know it can be easy to forget a session you booked months ago.
Since services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation Fee will apply as follows:
- Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- “NO-SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- Appointments made within the 24-hour period needing to cancel must then cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will receive a shortened session at the price of the original service booking. If a client hasn't reached out or arrived after the 15-minute window, the appointment will be charged as a "no-show."
Minor Clients
Helping Hands Massage provides massage services to minors (age 14-17) with written consent from a parent or guardian. A parent/guardian must remain at the studio during the entire session. Minors must keep undergarments on during the session.
Conduct
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated & unacceptable behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and the full service fee will be charged. Helping Hands Massage maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for sexual misconduct, including things like making jokes about "Happy Endings." In the event of any inappropriate conduct, the client will be prohibited from future services; and, depending on the severity of the behavior, a report to the local police may be made as well.
